Some candidates aren't showing in the sidebar
HireTale tracks the most recently sourced candidates up to your plan's limit (Free 100, Starter 500, Pro 2000). If you've added more than that, the oldest drop out of the active view. They're still in your sheet, nothing is deleted.
To bring more candidates back into the live view, upgrade your plan from the Plan option in the right sidebar. Your existing data stays exactly where it is in the Candidates sheet.

Check for the date range you have applied.
I see a "Could not load" error during set up.
You have more than one Google account signed in to the browser. Sign out of all other accounts except the one you intend to use. Then retry.
