A candidate appears in Pending when
1. Their status is blue-colored active e.g., Scheduled, Shortlisted.
AND
2. They haven't been updated within the last 3 days.
Candidates who are finished (green "Joined" or red "Rejected / Not a fit"), or parked (passive: Future lead, Hold) are excluded. They don't need chasing.
It's pre-filtered to you
Pending starts as filtered to your candidates (the logged-in recruiter), so you see your own follow-ups first. You can switch the filter to see the whole team's pending candidates.
Work it daily
Treat Pending as your morning queue: open each candidate from here, take the next action (schedule the next round, record a result, make an offer), and they drop off the pending list.
